What we collect and why
We collect the data entered in forms: name, email and, depending on the enquiry, company, phone, location, space type, products and message. They are used to respond to enquiries and assess proposals and partner applications. They are not used for marketing without separate authorisation.
Legal basis and retention
Form submission includes your consent to process data for the stated purpose. When requesting a proposal, processing may also be necessary for pre-contractual steps at your request. We retain enquiries while handling them and, generally, for up to 12 months after the last interaction, unless a contractual relationship, legal obligation or justified retention need applies.
Recipients and security
Requests are sent to the company email and accessed by the people handling them. Hosting and email providers may process data to deliver those services. We apply access restrictions, validation and form protection. We do not sell your data. Any international transfer must comply with GDPR safeguards.
Cookies and technical logs
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. The form uses a technical session cookie to protect submission, removed at the end of the browser session. The server may log IP addresses and requests for security and operation. Form abuse controls use identifiers derived from IP addresses; records older than 24 hours are deleted by automatic cleanup on subsequent form requests. Fonts and illustrations are served by this website.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection as provided by law, and withdraw consent without affecting prior processing. Email office@saidipalma.com. You may also complain to the Portuguese National Data Protection Commission.
